- EXCALIBUR: What is a .z01 etc file and what do i do with it?
- .z01 etc files are part of a multi part zip file. Use winRAR or 7zip select all parts and extract.
- EXCALIBUR: I am not able to load the .hr1 files when i click locate sample folder?
- This is because you clicked "Locate Sample Folder" instead of "Install Samples" as stated in the INSTALLINSTURCTIONS txt file and video. .hr1 files are not the library but files to extract the library. you will need to do the following.. The hr1 files are not the library they are the files used to extract the library on first launch. As stated in the install instructions text file. However now that you have done it wrong you will have to uninstall the plugin and completely remove the Excalibur folder located in Pc (username)/AppData/Roaming/Noise Art Plugins/ Excalibur Mac HD>User>'username'>Library>Application Support>Noise Art Plugins>Excalibur Completely remove the Excalibur folder, reinstall the plugin, then this time instead of click "locate sample folder" click "install samples" and navigate to the hr1 files it will then ask you where you want the library put and it will extract the library. Then it saks you to relaunch then you put your serial in. Here is the install video https://youtu.be/hnwsUQLtRFs But keep in mind you must remove the excalibur folder or it won't prompt you to install samples because you already said no by clicking locate sample folder. Don't do that this time.

- Some silly browsers have issues with large files, if you have an error shift+delete the file and clear your temporary internet files. Install using default paths 😉
- I am having an issue registering my license code within my product what should i do?
- copy the exact license code from you purchase email and paste it into the field box and click submit, dont try to type it out 🙂
- I am getting an audio resources missing error or my kits are loading empty what should i do?
- This means you probably changed the default install location. Reinstall and let it install to default locations 🙂
- My product isnt producing any sound what should i do?
- Nothing produces sound until the license is registered. Copy paste you license code and verify proper routing within your daw 🙂
